Leanne Lang

Leanne, 200-RYT, has a passion for fitness and health, in both mind and body. Leanne attended her first yoga class to regulate against the stresses from her corporate job and in search of a physical activity. Little did she know, her yoga practice would have a much deeper impact on her life. She began teaching in 2014, when she received her first instructor certificate to teach yoga/flow, indoor cycling and group fitness high intensity interval training classes in Denver, CO. After moving to Tulsa, Leanne continued her yoga education with the completion of her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate from Everyone Yoga School in Tulsa, OK. Additionally, she has a certificate in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy TIYT™ from Sundara Yoga Therapy out of Austin, TX and completed a Hip Hop Hatha yoga training with Everyone Yoga School. Leanne believes in the importance of body awareness, breath, and intentional movement as a valuable foundation to a healthy life. She finds joy in practicing and teaching both gentle yoga and power styles of yoga incorporating creative sequencing plus strength & flexibility. Her classes often bring movement to music to encourage creative expression as an outlet. When Leanne is not on her yoga mat, she is working as a full time accountant, lifting at the gym, riding her bike, singing and playing music, or traveling.
