Piper Wolfe

Piper took her first yoga class in 2005 at the Yoga Room and has been practicing ever since! In 2013 she graduated from a year-long teacher training at the Niroga Institute in Berkeley, CA that focused on mindfulness, yoga philosophy and social justice. After training under James Fox with the Prison Yoga Project, Piper volunteered teaching yoga at two Oklahoma correctional centers from 2014-2017. Piper’s classes will take you through creative sequences that challenge balance, promote strength and flexibility, and nourish the mind/body connection. Piper is also a licensed mental health therapist and designs her yoga classes to support mental wellbeing. In her free time, Piper loves spending time in nature, hiking, playing tennis, climbing, gardening, and hanging out with her dog, June.
