Beth Ann Wallace
Beth Ann practiced yoga in Tulsa for more than 10 years before earning her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certificate in Classical Ashtanga Yoga under the teaching of Baba Hari Das from Mount Madonna Institute in Watsonville, CA in July 2017. This month-long immersion truly changed her life and further ignited her passion for yoga. Her teaching style focuses on renewing and restoring the nervous system, aligning a healing breath pattern with intentional movement, and encouraging kindness and self-care. She believes in use of props, modifications and many options to serve the individual. She believes nothing should be forced as each breath, movement and posture are done consciously.
