Beth Ann Wallace
Beth Ann practiced yoga in Tulsa for more than 10 years before earning her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certificate in Classical Ashtanga Yoga under the teaching of Baba Hari Das from Mount Madonna Institute in Watsonville, CA in July 2017. This month long immersion truly changed her life and further ignited her passion for yoga. Her teaching style focuses on renewing and restoring the nervous system, aligning a healing breath pattern with intentional movement, and encouraging kindness and self-care. She believes in use of props, modifications and many options to serve the individual. She believes nothing should be forced as each breath, movement and posture are done consciously.
