Kendi believes in the power of positivity and hopes to share this with everyone she meets. Her style is gentle and uplifting. Yoga gives her the opportunity to connect with incredible people, and she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives on and off the mat. She encourages her students to play with their edge, while providing a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where each individual can achieve their full potential. She is continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power–both internally and externally, and finds it to be a source of love, and strength. She strives to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to her classes, and hopes to impart nuggets of yogic wisdom along the way.
