Yoga soothes and resets the nervous system by working the body and letting the mind relax into the background. The Breath and movements of yoga calm, strengthen, challenge, renew and refresh us. By practicing, we create space within ourselves to settle in and and settle down. The side effect of practicing is an improvement in physical condition. Join in every Tues night or Friday morning and see for yourself. A bit light hearted and generally fun. Come work your body, breathe fully and let your mind take some time off……

My speciality is beginners & intermediate, with special training in yoga for back pain and scoliosis at Yoga Union in NYC. Modifications are given to fit each person in the class, from stepping down to ramping up. Yoga has improved my physical health, opened my heart, expanded my horizons and introduced me to a group of joyous, healthy, generous and interesting people - right here in Tulsa, in Colorado & over the pond to Greece, Italy, Russia & Ukraine.
