Abby Weisz

Abby is a yogi, marketer, and artist. She is passionate, energetic and approaches life with an open mind and heart. She started practicing yoga in 2006, she went through 200 hour teacher training in 2019 in Kansas City. She taught in KC until September 2020 when she moved to Tulsa. Abby teachers Power Vinyasa, meditation, and Hatha. Abby believes that yoga, breath work, and meditation have the power to change your life, help you find peace, and focus on the present moment.
When not teaching and practicing Abby can be found at the ceramics studio, making bowls, mugs, and typically a huge mess. She is a voracious reader, seeker of knowledge, and always open to meeting new people and forging new relationships.
