Join this class to completely relax, breathe, and safely stretch to end your evening. The room is lit with candlelight, the music is soft and the instruction is calm and soothing to help relax the mind, body, spirit and soul, to prepare for restful sleep. All are welcome; no yoga experience is required. Includes mindfulness, slow moving stretch poses, still stretch poses, breath work, sound healing and aromatherapy.
