Virtual - Flow & Stretch

Flow & Stretch with Liz is very vinyasa-based. A nice & slow start to ease in, sun salutations to warm up the body, followed by a series of asanas, to give a well-rounded experience for the whole body.
She takes time to set up each pose for alignment safety, while also building heat in the body, as you’ll work on creating the muscle memory for the next time you get back in the pose! Focus on breathing is incorporated all throughout.

Remember that you’re in charge of how much you want to give ot the practice. We offer a lot of modifications, and also many ways to ramp up the practice to fit your needs!
