Lindsay is a 200 hr yoga teacher with 8 years of experience. She is a nerd for anatomy and movement and loves to dig deep into the details one-on-one with private clients. She is a Physical Therapist Assistant Student and also has 3 years experience as an exercise specialist at Zova Chiropractic. She teaches her private clients to become stronger, more mindful movers, so they can achieve their goals, whether that’s recovering from injury, improving posture, or balancing a handstand. She is also an Acro Revolution Teacher, Crossfit L1 Trainer, and GRIP (Global Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention) Approach Performance specialist.

My goal is to help your grow your practice by building strength, increasing flexibility and balance. Within building your physical practice, the mindful benefits of the practice grow. Each of our sessions together will include a well-rounded and personalized practice. Although I work with all levels, I primarily work with intermediate and advanced level practitioners as well as those recovering from injury. Whether you want to grow your seated meditation practice, Warrior 2 pose or handstand practice, I look forward to working together!
