Come learn about Scoliosis Curves and Yoga Techniques to address them. Reduce Discomfort and Pain through Mindful movement, Awareness, relaxation & breathing. For Yoga Students and Teachers - all levels welcome. You will take home an individual practice to do at home and to apply during group classes. Identify and Address the root causes of pain. Learn how to work with your asymetries to reduce progression and improve your overall health.
