That’s the name of the game with this two hour, all levels, friendly arm balance workshop.  About 6 months of yoga practice is suggested but not required! No need to know any arm balances before attending-you will learn it right from the start. Join Margot as she explores around 6 arm balances and variations while introducing techniques to incorporate into a sail practice to increase strength and body mechanics.
