Grace Cardoza

Grace Cardoza CYT-200. Grace first fell in love with yoga as a college student at the young age of 18, following the loss of her father. Yoga opened up a new avenue for healing and growth within herself, and she knew she had found her passion. After finding a sense of comfort and peace within the Tulsa yoga community, Grace went on to pursue and receive CYT-200 with Everyone Yoga School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in March of 2020. To Grace, yoga is so much more than asana. In her classes, you can expect pranayama paired with mindful movement and meditation, in an inclusive environment where everybody feels welcome. She also focuses on alignment-based yoga that is perfect for all levels!
