Brynna Tunnell

Hi, I’m Brynna! I started doing yoga in 2016 and fell in love with yoga as soon as I stepped on my mat. I knew that I eventually wanted to become a yoga instructor, and in 2020 I got my 200 hour yoga certification. I loved learning about the history, anatomy and foundations of yoga. I soon learned that yoga is so much more than poses, and I dived into the spiritual practice of yoga. Bringing together meditation, breathwork and movement elevated my yoga practice and completely changed the way I saw the world. Yoga is not just an exercise for me, but a way of life! My teaching style focuses on strengthening, alignment and breathwork. I love to encourage students to find their own personal style of yoga and challenge themselves.
