Workshop: Yoga for Grief and Self-Love Workshop

Grief is the most neglected and misunderstood experience often by both the grieved and those around them. Come immerse yourself in a 2-hour workshop where we will come together with our loss and learn how to ride the wave of grief by nurturing ourselves through self-love and healthy habits to support our transition through this journey.
We will explore a gentle yin yoga class, meditation, journaling, reflection circle, and much more.
Led by Jessica Winkle, a 500hr RYT with personal grief experience.
