Virtual - Beginner-Friendly Flow & Stretch

This mixed-level class is more catered to beginners but offers something for most people, and is perfect for the student that likes variety in their practice! Each class begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by a mindful flow. Flow postures focus on strengthening, followed by stretching to release stress.
This is not restorative yoga; this is a class for gentle, yet deep, stretching. Lights are low and calm music is played. This is a great way to release stress build up, stretch sore muscles, calm the mind and relax. We have mats and props, but you are welcome to bring your own. Great for beginners to intermediates.
Don’t worry if you are not a “flow Yogi”; there will be plenty of modifications. More challenging options are offered as well. Classes are suitable for newer students with no acute injuries.
