In Person - Stretch and Relax

Relaxation for the body and mind. Mindful breathing, gentle stretching, grounded asanas, and props are used to gently stretch, strengthen, and bring balance to the mind and body. This practice is perfect for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injury, need a stretch for an “off-day”, or for those that enjoy a more introspective class. This class is accessible for all levels.
