In Person - Restorative  Yoga

Restorative yoga involves easy, passive poses. In this class, we will use a variety of props to support our bodies, including blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, chairs, walls, sand bags, and eye pillows. These props do all the work and eliminate the need for us to struggle and strain while in poses. This class is a great way to slow down, ground yourself, combat anxiety and insomnia, practice mindfulness, and show your body some good ole’ TLC. As Baba Hari Dass said, “The idea is to attain peace.”
