In Person - Deep Meditation and Cacao Ceremony

We will use our breath as the focal point of our practice. Simply connecting the inhale and exhale through the nostrils. This practice allows us to consider how unprocessed, or repressed, emotions impact our physical body and everyday life in a safe and supportive container. You may experience emotions of joy, sadness, or anger. Shining light into these areas could allow us the opportunity to experience peace and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

An offering of cacao is available to anyone interested. Cacao is a gentle heart opener with the potential of assisting us along this journey.

Please bring water, an eye mask, and a journal.
