In- Person Flow & Stretch Yoga
In Person, so come on over. Please bring your own yoga mat and props if you need them. Gentle yoga poses with easy to follow cues. This is not restorative yoga, this is a class for gentle, yet deep, stretching. Lights are low and calm music is played. This is a great way to release stress build up, stretch sore muscles, calm the mind and relax. Great for beginners.
