Workshop: Cool & Relax Workshop

Get out of the heat and learn cooling techniques, calm the nervous system and relax. Beverly teaches with nurturing voice and kind adjustments to help guide your body, mind and soul into a more relaxing place. All levels are welcome to enjoy some cool down time.  We will keep it low and slow all postures will be done on the floor, attention is paid to several kinds of breath work. Did you know there is a way to use your breath like a water cooler to help you deal with the Oklahoma Summer?! Seventy percent of your bodies toxins are expelled through the breath. Dr. Andrew Weil said “the number one thing we could do to improve our health is to learn to breath better.” I say “if you can control your breath you can control anything.”
