Conscious Connected Breathwork
We will offer an afternoon of Conscious Connected Breath Work provided by Arthur Curtis. This particular Style of breath work intentionally connects the inhale to the exhale with no pauses. Breath work allows deep awareness of self and our connection to self, others, and nature to develop profound personal growth. Arthur will be supported with a singing bowl sound session from Jackie Rago. Jackie brings a deep awareness of sound therapy to the session with profound intuitive ease. This type of sound therapy combines the use of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, tingsha to help move the body to a state of relaxation. Studies have shown this type of sound session to lower blood pressure, increase oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin production; and synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain for healthier brainwave patterns. To add to the sound session offered, Bradley Watkins will be chanting Sanskrit mantra. Bradley has been studying mantra for several years and has seen an amazing impact on his life from the study. This style of mantra comes from india and helps to create an energetic space where deep and profound experiences can occur.
