The strength – or lack of – of our agni (digestive fire) is a critical key to determining our overall health and wellness. As there is no ‘one size fits all’ way of doing anything in Ayurveda, we will unpack the four different types of agni, determine which one fits you, and incorporate protocols on how to regulate your fire for optimum digestive power, resulting in vibrant health.
