Rachel Moss

Rachel loves to encourage her students to push themselves on the mat in a healthy and safe way while keeping a fun and lighthearted environment. She invites students to try new things and take themselves to their edge, ultimately helping them to connect with their body and mind on new levels. With a background in ballet, Rachel likes to incorporate creative sequencing with fluid strong movement and a fun playlist. Rachel’s classes are challenging but offer modifications that make her class accessible to all levels. Rachel received her RYT-200 certification locally with EveryOne Yoga School and is excited to continue her education in the up coming RYT 500 program starting this summer.
