Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice used to uncover innate peace, joy and restoration through guided meditation in a resting posture. Class will begin with a soft yoga practice featuring soft stretches and breathing guidance, then wrap up with Yoga Nidra to replenish you on all levels. No yoga experience required. Kendi is a certified overcome anxiety clinic facilitator and has advanced training in treating trauma both as a therapist and yoga instructor. Yoga Nidra is a valuable tool that has helped Kendi find balance among her studies, passions and demands, so that she can live both a grounded and vibrant life.
