Explore the basics of yoga by learning breathing and meditation techniques for stress management, and simple postures to build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.

The Beginner Yoga Explorer Series (For new students only) costs $45 and includes:

  • One month unlimited yoga pass
    Choose from a wide variety of classes each week - more than 35 to choose from!
  • One Beginner Yoga Explorer Series workshop
    Choose from our monthly offering of beginner workshops on Sunday, October 22 at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, November 19 at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 10 at 10:30 a.m. and Saturday, Jan. 6 at 2:00 p.m.


We have a 2,700 sq. ft. newly renovated full service studio and offer classes throughout the day, seven days a week. The Yoga Room was one of the original yoga studios in Tulsa, opening on Brookside in 2001. Our diverse community welcomes all levels and many styles.


Here are our recommendations for attending beginner level classes while you are spending your month with us.

Sunday, 1-2:30p.m Restorative Yoga:  enjoy a restorative, deeply relaxing hour and half with Rebecca on the day of rest, Sunday. perfect!

Monday-Friday 6:15am-7:15a.m Spiritual Sunrise:  Join us 5 days a week for a mellow stretch, strengthen, day-preparer for your mind, body and soul.

Monday 7-8p.m Soft Stretch:  the best way to end a busy Monday.  Lights are dim, music is soft, stress melts away as soon as you enter. Light stretches, easy postures.

Wednesday, 9:30-10:45a.m Kundalini:  sit, breath, activate, get inspired, learn to fall in love with your body and life.

Wednesday, 5:45-6:45p.m Soft Stretch:  Easy, quiet, relaxed, yes.

Friday, 9:30-10:45a.m Gentle Soulful Flow: Slow flow, soft class with so much soul. 

Saturday, 8:15a.m-9:15a.m Movement Basics Holly knows all the tricks to help you with posture, back pain and alignment. Bring your co-workers, anyone who sits at a desk needs this class.

Saturday, 12:30p.m-1:45p.m Kundalini Rebirth:   Great for beginners to learn stress-relieving breathing techniques and empowering postures-also welcome Prenatal yogi mamas!
