Mindfulness and Neurographic Art workshop
with Lorah Gerald

Join Lorah Gerald for a mindfulness workshop. In this workshop, we will discuss mindfulness, practice kundalini yoga, and learn neurographic art. Lorah will discuss how these mindfulness practices can help regulate your nervous system. When our nervous system is regulated we feel better and alleviate many of our physical and mental symptoms. We can live in the moment and be our authentic selves. You do not need to be a yoga master to do the kundalini kriyas. This class is designed for people of all physical abilities and artistic skills. The class will include handouts, a 30-minute physical kundalini yoga routine and instructions for neurographic art. We will have all of the supplies you need for this class. You will get to make and take your art home with you.

Sana Meditation Sound Bath

Join Tiffany and Sue for a sound bath meditation Saturday April 27th from 4pm-5pm.

During this journey, practitioners will be guided through mindfulness meditation exercises and be bathed in sound waves.

Come to feel rested & grounded. Nourish the whole body-mind and grow the presence within oneself.

Art and Movement
with Emily Hogan

This two hour workshop is led by Emily Hogan. It's the season of growth and color, change and movement. We will begin working with watercolor and mantras to guide us through into this season. Starting with art early by laying a foundation of watercolor on our paper. While it drys we will begin our practice focusing on the colors we can create during our practice. colors represented by both our breath and movement. As we transition back to our art we will overlay a personal mantra or add some details on top. Creating a work you can be proud of taking home.

All material will be provided. No art experience necessary, but bring your yoga mat and a positive attitude. Get ready to have some fun!
